"The Mindful, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training is a 20-hour online training that provides yoga teachers with a solid understanding of what trauma is, how it affects us, and how to approach trauma within a yoga setting. Presented by Dr. Ann Bortz, this immersion offers research-based insights on how trauma impacts our neurology and physiology, how yoga and mindfulness can address the dysregulation created by trauma, and how yoga teachers can weave this awareness into supportive, trauma-informed yoga classes"
